The body of Squadron Leader (Retd.) Baldev Singh, director of corporate planning and marketing of the state-run Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL), was found hanging from a tree atop Nandi Hills, a popular hill station near this tech hub, police said Tuesday.
