Taking note of "forward movement" in bilateral ties, India Saturday said all issues will be discussed when Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Pakistani counterpart Yousaf Raza Gilani hold bilateral talks on the sidelines of the SAARC summit in the Maldives next week.
