Indian, Bangladeshi war heroes celebrate victory day

The launch of a "Race to Dhaka" and a pictorial book depicting the 1971 Bangladesh liberation war marked the 40th anniversary of 'Vijay Divas' as war veterans from both countries came together at the Indian Army's Eastern Command headquarters here.
