The Vice Chancellor of Aligarh Muslim University, Prof. P. K. Abdul Azis addressing the function to mark the completion of three years in office said that it is his constitutional responsibility to implement the resolutions passed by Academic Council, Executive Council and the University Court for establishment of the special centres of AMU.
