Parliament stalled over Gujarat Lokayukta issue

Both houses of parliament were disrupted Friday with the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) demanding the recall of Gujarat Governor Kamla Beniwal for appointing a Lokayukta without consulting the state government.
