The Editors Guild of India wants the media to be kept out of the Lokpal's ambit as it is a private entity, sources said Friday. They said Guild representatives Friday conveyed this to the parliamentary standing committee on law and justice that is examining three versions of the proposed anti-graft ombudsman.
