The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) December 14 clarified that the Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued notice to the Union of India, CBI, Ministry of HRD and UGC asking their replies to be filed within four weeks. It however do not mention any stay on the Executive Council (EC) meeting.
