"The Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India, in December 2009 had directed the Wakf Boards in different states to computerise the entire records of the Wakf properties. Information sought under RTI showed that the necessary funds for the purpose were transferred to all state Wakf boards in January 2010. However, far from completing the computerisation, not a singly Wakf Board began working on the scheme", RTI Activist Saleem Baig of Manav Vikas Seva Samti said while talking to ummid.com.
