The Central Committee of the All India Muslim Majlis-e Mushawarat (AIMMM), an umbrella body of the Indian Muslim organisations and eminet personalities, in its second meeting of the year held Saturday accused the Congress and Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) of conspiring to prevent the passage of the Communal Violence (Prevention) Bill in the truncated winter session.
