Suspended IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt has written an open letter to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, saying that he has "completely misconstrued" the Supreme Court order on the complaint of Zakia Jafri and there was nothing in the order to give him reason to celebrate. He concluded his letter with these lines: 'I have principle and no power; You have power and no principle'. Here is the full text of the said letter.
